This policy explains how Mercopact handles information submitted through mercopact.com. The website is a static site and does not require a user account.

Information you provide

If you contact Mercopact or submit an enquiry, you may provide your name, company, role, business email, phone or WhatsApp number, information about your company, target buyers, target markets and other commercial context you choose to share.

How information may be used

• To respond to enquiries and assess whether a market-development conversation is relevant.
• To communicate about requested services, proposals or follow-up.
• To improve website content and understand aggregate website usage if analytics are enabled.

Forms

GitHub Pages does not provide a native form backend. Until a third-party form endpoint is configured, website forms open your email application so you can send the enquiry from your own account. If a third-party form provider is later enabled, its privacy terms will also apply to information submitted through that form.

Analytics and advertising

Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager are not enabled by default in this website build. They should only be activated after valid IDs are supplied and appropriate privacy configuration is completed.

Third-party links

The site may link to external services such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Unsplash. Their own privacy practices apply when you visit them.
