About

International buyer development for companies ready to grow beyond their current pipeline.

MERCOPACT is a B2B buyer-development company based in Dhaka. We help Bangladeshi manufacturers and specialist suppliers find buyers in the UK, EU and US: the right companies, the people who make buying decisions and steady follow-up until there is a clear answer.

Positioning

A buyer-development company that finds buyers for manufacturers that already have something good to sell.

Who's behind MERCOPACT

Injam Haq, Founder

I'm interested in how businesses find the right opportunities, and what makes them visible to the people who matter.

I started MERCOPACT to help manufacturers and specialist B2B suppliers reach the right international buyers. Every engagement starts with a specific product and target market. From there I research the companies worth approaching, identify the sourcing and procurement decision-makers, and build focused outreach the client approves before anything goes out.

I also founded Foremention, a B2B software product focused on AI search visibility. I'm based in Dhaka and work with clients across markets.

Why MERCOPACT exists

Good companies often have no one finding new buyers.

They may have a capable product, production capacity and existing customers, but still lack a predictable process for identifying and developing enough of the right new buyers.

MERCOPACT is built around that gap: export-readiness analysis, market intelligence, account development, decision-maker research, email and LinkedIn outreach, qualification, RFQ/sample/quote tracking and regular follow-up.

Brand principle

“Across Markets. With Confidence.”
Confidence built through relevance, discipline and commercial clarity, not exaggerated promises.

Principles

How MERCOPACT aims to operate.

01

Focused

Concentrate on a defined product, buyer profile and market instead of chasing every possible account.

02

Research-led

Use market and account research to decide where commercial effort should go.

03

Human-led

Use judgment to interpret buyer relevance, context, qualification and next steps.

04

Transparent

Keep scope, activity, status and expectations visible to the client.

05

Selective

Work where the client has a credible offer and there is a sensible reason to expect buyer interest.

06

Commercially grounded

Judge progress by relevance and pipeline value, not vanity activity metrics.

Commercial conversation

Tell us which buyers you are trying to reach.

We can start by clarifying the product, buyer, market and the type of commercial opportunity that would matter.

How we establish trust

Clear work. Verifiable evidence. Honest commercial boundaries.

02

Contracted responsibilities

Every paid project should define its product, market, deliverables, who approves outreach, engagement conditions, exclusions, confidentiality, security expectations and the client's quotation and closing responsibilities.

03

Proof of outcomes

Buyer responses, RFQs, meetings and signed purchase orders are separate stages. Client case studies or client identities are published only with explicit consent.

04

Operating transparency

MERCOPACT is based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and works with clients across markets. Contact us through the listed business channels for a written service scope.

Built around accountable commercial work

Five critical disciplines. One documented commercial process.

An international buyer-development programme needs more than contact extraction. The written scope sets out what we check and which decisions remain with your technical and sales team.

01 · Market intelligence

Where to compete

Product-specific market assumptions, competitor context, realistic buyer categories and channel constraints.

02 · Account fit

Who deserves attention

Source-linked company research, relevance reasoning, verification gaps and clear exclusions.

03 · Commercial access

Who decides

Relevant company roles, contact research and permission-based, personalised business outreach.

04 · Qualification

What the reply means

Actual interest distinguished from contact activity, with product requirements and next actions recorded.

05 · Opportunity coordination

What happens next

Organised questions, meetings, sample/RFQ follow-up and a documented client-side handoff.

Client-controlled decisions

Your technical team stays in control

You approve technical claims, quotations, commercial terms, negotiations and any representation terms. No invented buyer demand or commercial promises.
